A young and promising goalkeeper, Lamin Beyai, who plays for Foni Side United in Jabang Village, Old Yundum District, has been reported missing following a drowning incident at Lemon Creek Beach.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when Beyai went to the beach with friends to play football. Despite efforts to locate him, he remains missing as of the time of reporting.
Authorities and community members are appealing to the public for assistance. Anyone with information that could aid in the search is urged to contact +220 513 2656.
