The United Democratic Party (UDP) on Saturday, December 10, 2022, adopted an executive proposal to move their elective Congress from two to four years and also increase their diaspora executive representation from one person to four people.
The party will, however, continue to hold its biannual (every two years) Congress but will use that event (Bi-annual) to read its progress reports.
The United Democratic Party’s (UDP)’s National Congress is currently underway in Janjanbureh.
