A man who identified himself as a thief in a letter to his victim (one Fafa Sanyang, an NPP supporter) promised that he (thief) and his family will vote for the NPP.
“Last night thieves entered my house through the back door and took my 2 phones, passport, €200 and more than D33, 000 thousand,” Sanyang, an NPP supporter said on Facebook on Monday.
He added that the suspected thief left a letter for him after stealing informing him that he (alleged thief) and his family will vote for President Barrow.
“So all alone the thief was monitoring me the whole of yesterday. Look at the letter he dropped in my bag. He took all my money. What I understand from his letter, he is congratulating me on my house-to-house campaign I did yesterday,” Sanyang added.
The said letter obtained by Kerr Fatou reads: “Congratulations to your house-to-house campaign you do (sic) yesterday. You do (sic) well all my people will vote for Barrow. Fafa Njie Sanyang, I will also vote for Barrow. Thank you, your thief till next time.”
