Banjul, The Gambia — Consistent with its regular practice of enhancing efficiency in Public Administration, The Gambia Government has, effective Wednesday, 28thDecember, 2022 redeployed six (6) Permanent Secretaries.
Accordingly, Permanent Secretary (PS) Saikou Sanyang from the Youth & Sports Ministry replaces PS Ndey Marie Njie at the Women’s Ministry who is sent to Youth & Sports. PS Omar Gibba of the Fisheries Ministry moves to the Office of The President as PS Rohiatou Kah of the newly created Public Service Ministry goes to Fisheries.
Similarly, PS Lamin Camara from the Petroleum Ministry replaces PS Amie Njie at the Digital Economy Ministry who is now at Petroleum.
