Remains of Dec. 30 ‘attackers’ to be handed to family
The remains of 2014 December 30 attackers who were killed in a gun battle at the State House in Banjul will be given to their families for proper burial, the justice ministry said on Friday.
The release said the remains of the soldiers will be handed to the families in a ceremony on Wednesday morning at the ministry in Banjul.
The remains of Njaga Jagne and Lamin Sanneh who were buried at an unknown location in Foni were exhumed by police in 2017.
