The Gambia Police Force announced in a press statement on July 28, 2024, that they are investigating Green Power Investment following numerous customer complaints about difficulties in withdrawing their invested funds.
“The Gambia Police Force is currently investigating Green Power Investment, an alleged scamming enterprise after numerous customers reported difficulties in withdrawing their invested funds, amounting to thousands of dalasis,” they said
The police also urged the general public to exercise caution in business dealings and to provide any information that may assist in the ongoing investigation.
