Police Arrest 18 Young Women For “Idle and Disorderly” Behavior

The Gambia Police Force (GPF) has confirmed the arrest of eighteen (18) young women for “idle and disorderly” behavior along the tourism development area in the Greater Banjul Area last night.

“The Tourism Security Unit (TSU) of the Gambia Police Force has arrested eighteen (18) young females for “idle and disorderly” behavior along the tourist industrial area last night. These individuals, aged between 18 and 25, consist of six (6) Gambians and twelve (12) other nationals,” the police say.

 

The police force says their Tourism Security Unit (TSU) police will continue intensifying patrols to maintain peace and stability in the tourism development areas.
