Parliament: Gam Works Granted More Time To Present Its Reports
By Ramatoulie Jawo
Gam Works earlier today has been granted more time to submit its activity report and financial statement to the Finance and public Accounts Committee dubbed (FPAC) of the National Assembly.
The development followed the institution’s appeal to the standing committee (FPAC) to be given more time to submit its activity report and financial statement for the years 2015 and 2016.
Omar Gaye, Director General at Gam Works made the appeal.
He said their current Board Chairman is not currently in town and they should present the reports at their Annual General meeting before presenting it anywhere.
Gaye suggested the committee to give them until September or October 2022 to present the documents.
The chairman of Committee, Ahagie S. Darboe accepted their appeal to present the reports for years 2016 to 2020 by September.
