The Defending Champions, Kani Kunda FC have this evening won the Sabach Sanjal District tournament for a 3rd successful time.
They beat the host, Ngayen Sanjal United by a goal to nil in the final of the district tournament played at 4pm on Saturday.
Kani Kunda have previously won the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 editions of the district showpiece, while Ngayen only won the 2017 edition.
The just ended tournament kicked-off on 13th August between both teams who went to the final unbeaten, before Kani Kunda emerged the winner.
The winner should get a trophy and a cash prize of D20, 000; while the runner-up should get a consolation prize of D10, 000.
