Independent Candidate Essa Mbaye Faal would today cross to Niumi Kanuma where he will commence his campaign for the 2021 presidential election.
The independent candidate would hold four meetings in Niumi mainly Kanuma, Ndungu Kebbeh, Medina Serign Mass, and Darsilameh.
August 27th, 2021, Essa Mbye Faal, the former lead counsel of the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC), announced his long-rumouredambition to run as an independent candidate in the December 2021 presidential election.
In his announcement speech, Faal said he is the best candidate to lead the country because he has the track-record and history of delivering success.
Essa Mbaye Faal on Wednesday unveiled his manifesto aimed at creating a transformational agenda for The Gambians, when elected as President in the December polls.
