The National Assembly Member for Serrekunda Halifa Sallah and Sedia Jatta Member for Wulli West went unopposed at PDOIS congress.
The PDOIS delegates from the seven administrative regions of the country on Sunday re-elected Halifa Sallah as the Secretary General and flagbearer of the party for the second time in a row; and Sedia Jatta as the party’s chairperson and Secretary General to International Affairs.
Meanwhile, Kemeseng Sanneh commonly known as ‘Kexx’, was also elected as the party’s Secretary General to the Youth Bureau.

The party members nominated Ndey Secka. But she declined the nomination because of her age.
