The Gambia National Paralympic Committee (GNPC) on Tuesday appointed the Media Officer of the GNPC Gambia, Hagie Drammeh, as the Chef de mission of the country’s contingent to the first Para Games for athletes with disabilities to be held in Accra from the 4th – 12th August 2023.
“First, I thank GNPC for appointing me as CDM. I also thank my family for supporting me all these years. This is another challenge for me. And I call on all Gambians to continue supporting us to develop Para Sports in The Gambia,” he told Kerr Fatou after his appointment.
In April all the Chef de Missions (CDMs) Will meet in Ghana to Inspect and also evaluate the structures available for Athletes with Disability.
