GAP Congress: Batchilly Blast President Barrow’s Gov’t For ‘Poor’ Health Care System
By Buba Gagigo
The Party Leader and Secretary General of Gambia Action Party (GAP), Musa Yali Batchilly, have blasted president Adama Barrow’s government for what he called the lack of proper medical services in the Gambia; saying the Barrow-led administration contributed too little or no medical or healthcare services in The Gambia.
“During recent years, The Gambia’s health sector deteriorates and continually struggle to march towards advancement and this led to the loss of innocent lives through the sluggishness of the health ministry under the watchful eyes of greedy individuals yearning for selfish desires. In a bid to strengthen and accomplish their dreams and aspirations; our hospitals remain death traps and dilapidated medical conditions are the only hope of survival for the majority of the citizens. The facts remain constant, Barrow led administration contributed too little or no medical or health care services in The Gambia,” he said
The Gambia Action Party (GAP) leader made these remarks during his Party’s National Congress last week Thursday at a local hotel in Senegambia.
