Gambia High Commission In London Mourns 19-year-old Ebrima Nyabally

The Gambia High Commission in the United Kingdom has on Wednesday released a condolence message mourning the demise of a young 19-year-old dual national, Mr. Ebrima Nyabally.
Below is the full condolence message the Gambia High Commission in London shared with Kerr Fatou.
“Condolence Message on The Sudden Demise of Mr. Ebrima Nyabally
“The Gambia High Commission in the United Kingdom learned with sadness the tragic and untimely death of a young 19-year-old dual National, Mr. Ebrima Nyabally. The sad news is said to have occurred on Saturday 25th February 2023. Ebrima Nyabally was a serving soldier in the British Army.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his bereaved family, colleagues, and the United Kingdom military fraternity.
“The late Ebrima Nyabally’s father is a veteran of the British Army, therefore we expect the authorities, MOD (UK Ministry of Defence) to conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances that led to his untimely death. We urge everyone to leave the matter in the hands of the relevant authorities to perform the necessary autopsy and provide us with a detailed analysis of this tragedy.
“Our thoughts are equally with every single Gambian or those of Gambian heritage serving in the United Kingdom Military at this trying moment. The GUKFC (Gambia United Kingdom Forces Community) members will undoubtedly provide comfort and solace to the bereaved family.
“Gambians and friends of the Gambia mourn this tragic loss of a young, promising life. On behalf of the government of the Republic of The Gambia, we extend our profound condolences to the immediate family of this sad and painful loss.
“May the soul of young Ebrima Nyabally rest in eternal peace. Amen”
