Gambia Gets Communications and Digital Economy Minister

Mr Ousman A. Bah is appointed the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy of The Gambia.
His appointment by President Barrow takes effect today, a statement by the State House official Facebook said.
“The General Public is hereby informed that His Excellency President Adama Barrow in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Sections 71(1) and 71(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia, has appointed Mr Ousman A. Bah as Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, effective today, 24th June 2022,” the statement stated.
Prior to his appointment as minister, Mr. Bah was the CEO of Indian Institute of Hardware Technology (IIHT) Gambia.
