The Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) is conducting a live firing exercise on support weapons for personnel of the State Guards Battalion at the Tintinba Firing Range in the Foni Kansala District.

The exercise began today (Wednesday) and is scheduled to end on Friday, a statement from GAF said.
The statement urged the public, especially residents of Tintinba, Burok, Kanfenda, Kanilai, Sanghajorr and Bwiam not to panic but cautioned to avoid the designated area on the above mentioned dates.
