The National Disaster Management Regional Coordinator for West Coast Region, Binta Sey-Jadama, has just informed the Minister of Lands, Hon. She told the minister that the Excavators are currently empty, and their work has stopped. The fuel has been stolen from the Excavators rendering them unusable.
