Former NAM Calls On Government To Put Forward Strategies to restore peace and stability

Honorable Omar Ceesay, the former national Assembly Member for Niamina East on Friday, December 2nd called on the government to put forward strategies for the restoration of peace and stability within the country.
Writing on his Facebook page, honorable Ceesay, bemoans the rise in crime, with citizens getting murdered, and perpetrators not being apprehended and held to account. This, he finds unacceptable.
Honorable Ceesay also lamented on what he calls the escalating insecurity and the state of fear that the country faces.
He said people are no longer assured of the protection of their lives and properties by the state due to the growing level of security lapses they are faced with.
