The independent presidential candidate Essa Mbaye Faal told Gambians to vote out Barrow and elect him to work for them.
Essa Mbaye Faal was speaking to his supporters in the Upper River Region settlement of Numuyel on Monday.
“Let’s bring down this government. If that happens, you give us a chance and we will work for you. We will bring down the high cost of prices, we will build schools for you, we will educate the children, we will teach your children skills, we will build hospitals for you, (and) we will give women access to finance. That’s what we should do to rebuild our country,” Essa Mbaye Faal told his supporters in Numuyel.
The former lead counsel of the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC), last week unveiled his manifesto aimed at creating a transformational agenda for The Gambians, when elected as President on December 4 polls.
