One Babucarr Taal known in the ghetto as Ninjerman has stabbed his uncle to death in a Bakau neighbourhood call Painland, police have confirmed.
The deceased Cherno Jammeh, native of Sanchaba, has been reportedly stabbed two times at his stomach, eye witnesses told Kerr Fatu.
The police spokesperson David Kujabi confirmed the story saying the cause of Jammeh’s death is confirmed to be stabbing.
Witnesses said Taal who is said to be mentally unstable was angered by the fact that his uncle advised him to return home a knife he was carrying.
Taal then had a confrontation with Jammeh, followed him to an isolated junction and stabbed him two times.
Taal is currently in the police custody. Eye witnesses said Taal also attacked the Sanchaba Imam immediately after the incident but neighbors intervened to control him.
Cherno was said to be a very religious young boy in his early twenties.
