The United Democratic Party leader Lawyer Ousainu Darboe said has expressed satisfaction with the turnout of UDP  supporters during his meeting in Jurunku in the Upper Nuimi.
“What I saw in Upper Nuimi, if it doesn’t satisfy any party leader, then you don’t understand politics. You (supporters) have done what I told you and the thing we are waiting is 4th December. It’s not only about the crowd we saw today (Tuesday), but also the seven to eight people who just joined the party. We welcome them to a party that doesn’t know any tribe but The Gambia,” Darboe told a crowd of UDP supporters in Jurunku.
The United Democratic Party on 4th October  began 18 days nationwide tour scheduled to end on 26th October 2021.
The aim of the tour is to sell the party’s agenda to electorates across the country.
