Member of Parliament for Sandou constituency, Hon. Ebrima Jaiteh has said the 2023 budget shows the Barrow government’s commitment to the development of the country.
“Since on the 14th of this month (November), the parliament is scrutinizing the 2023 budget. The Budget consists of hardship and the needs of people is the budget that the president and his government tabled before the National Assembly. Education is number one in the budget, followed by the health sector, and agriculture. That shows that President Barrow is aware of our hardships.
“Part of our needs that the government put in the budget is constructing a good road network. All that you asked for today is part of those sectors
The Honorable minister made the remarks at a meeting in Koli Bantang, during President Barrow’s ongoing ‘meet the people tour meet’.
