A Prominent member of the National People’s Party (NPP), Bubacarr Jallow, fondly known as Small or Flagman has called for the renewal of the expired contract of former Deputy Governor of the West Coast Region, Musa Suso or to have him appointed to another position.
“I have one thing that I am not happy about. I know I am not a presidential adviser to dictate anything but is my constitutional right to talk about anything that can destroy the country. If NPP is saying West Coast is the powerhouse, Musa Suso should go back to his place before the local government elections or be given another position. This is a fact. We don’t want to lose Musa Suso and where ever he goes we will follow him. Anyone advising the president should advise him that we don’t want to lose Musa Suso,” he told Kerr Fatou.
The West Coast Region deputy governor Musa Suso’s contract expired on December 31, 2022, and has still not been renewed.
