Prominent Human Rights activist, Madi Jobarteh, has accepted an invitation to debate with the Secretary-General and Party leader of PDOIS, Hon. Halifa Sallah on the theme: Is the coalition a success or failure? The debate is scheduled to take place on Friday, January 13, 2023, on West Coast Radio’s marquee program, Coffee Time with Peter Gomez.
Madi announced his acceptance to debate Hon. Sallah on his Facebook page earlier today.
“Halifa Sallah – Madi Jobarteh Debate. Tomorrow Friday, January 13. West Coast Radio. 92.1fm. 8 am sharp. Coffee Time With Peter Gomez. Is the Coalition a failure or a success? My position: it’s a failure and a betrayal of Solo Sandeng,” Madi Jobarteh wrote on his Facebook page on Thursday.
Madi Jobarteh has earlier accused the 2016 coalition members of betraying the legacy of the late Solo Sandeng by not advancing issues he died advocating for once the coalition took power in 2017. Mr. Sandeng was accorded a state funeral on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
