Presiding Judge in Sainabou Mbye and 2 Others’ Case

Justice Ebrima Jaiteh has adjourned Sainabou Mbye and two (2) others’ manslaughter case to 9th August 2022 (Tuesday).
Prior to the adjournment, the counsel representing the trio filed an application for the court to grant them bail.
However, the lead counsel for the prosecution, M. B Sowe said the State are yet to file their affidavit in opposition to the defence counsel’s bail application.
After consultation with both counsels, Justice Jaiteh then adjourned the case to the mentioned date.
