The Editor of Gainako online newspaper, Mr. Flex Dan, has been arrested and charge with obstruction at the Senegambia Police Station after an alleged altercation with the Station Officer on Tuesday.
A staff of the Gambia Press Union, speaking to Kerr Fatou about the arrest and charge, said:
“He was just charged for obstruction. Both Killa ace and flex Dan are put in the cell. We have a chat with Landing Bojang who is ready to let them go in the next one hour. They said they were doing their job, and he obstructed them. They said he had a confrontation with the station officer who tore his shirt”
Flex Dan was at the police station to cover the arrest of Nenneh Freda Gomez and Lamin Sey. The duo were arrested earlier today by the police and taken to Senegambia Police Station.
