Omar Ceesay, the Former National Assembly Member for Niamina East says Barrow’s Administration Is a Polluted Corruption Government.
“Barrow’s Administration Is a Polluted Corruption Government. The level of corruption scandals without consequences under Barrow’s watch is quite insulting and a setback to national development. The establishment of a so-called investigative panel surrounding the ten million is just a formality and a cover-up strategy to deceive the citizens,” He Stated.
Mr. Ceesay Added that the outcome of the investigation will never be implemented
“Certainly, the outcome of the said investigation will never be implemented, reflecting on the previous ones. Barrow lacks the political will to fight corruption at all times. The designated institution NAO reports stipulated the level of misconduct and embezzlement of public funds by government officials, which calls for immediate actions.”
The former National Assembly Member also called on the President to do what is necessary by allowing the due process of the law to be followed.
“I am calling on the president to do the needful by allowing the due process of the law to be followed without delay and or hindrances. It’s crystal clear that the political leadership is building a skyscraper of failure in the governance system and not a responsible and responsive government,”. He concludes.
