President Adama Barrow has extended his condolences to the victims of the Sunday fire incident at the Bilal Boarding School in Yundum.
“His Excellency President Adama Barrow extends condolences to the families of the victims, school authorities and students of the fire incident at Masjid Bilal Boarding School in Yundum,” a statement by State House reads on Monday.
President Barrow also prayed for the souls of the deceased to rest in peace.
Five students have been confirmed dead, while seven others are hospitalized in critical conditions, according to a statement by the police.
