The arrested Comedian, Muhammad Darboe is expected to be granted bail later today.
“I am not sure whether he will be charged at the police station or he will be cautioned and released. He’s being transported to the police headquarters in Banjul for bail. I can’t tell you about the charges. That would depend on the outcome of his transfer to the police headquarters,” the police spokesperson ASP Binta Njie-Jatta told this medium.
He was earlier today transferred to the police headquarters in Banjul, following his arrest over remarks he made, recently.
