Gambia have reached the WAFU U20 Zone A tournament final, after a 4-3 win over Mali on Friday evening.
Mali scored in the 23rd minute of the first half; while the Young Scorpions pushed hard to equalise in the 83rd minute.
Both sides were forced to penalty shout-outs, after levelling in the 90 minutes and in the extra 30 minutes added time.
The Gambia will now face in the final, either Senegal, or Mauritania in the second semifinal underway in Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott.
