Liverpool forward Sadio Mane scored a late goal from the penalty spot to secure all 3 points for the Teranga Lions of Senegal against the Warriors of Zimbabwe.

Senegal who is one of the favourites to win the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2021) in Cameroon struggled to penetrate the defence line of Zimbabwe in the whole of the 90 minutes.
Teranga Lions won a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game when a ball hit the Zimbabwe defender on his hand, which Mane converted into a goal in the 94th minute.
The game ended 1-0 in favour of the Teranga Lions of Senegal.
Senegal will play against their neighbouring country Guinea Conakry on Friday 14 January.
