Barrow to address lawmakers on gov’t policy
President Adama Barrow is scheduled to appear in the National Assembly on Thursday 13 to address lawmakers on conditions of the country, his policies and the administration of the State.
It is constitutional requirement in Gambia for the president to address lawmakers on his policies and the state of affairs in the country.
This is the second time Barrow will appear before lawmakers, referred to as the State Opening of the National Assembly.
The programme starts at 9 a.m, according to a press release from the office of the clerk at the National Assembly.
