Three Years Jotna 8 for the second time, asking the defense to formally make bail application for the accused persons.
Delivering the ruling in a packed court room, the presided judge Amina Saho Ceesay said she carefully listened to the submissions and arguments of both the defense and the state counsel on the defense’s oral application for bail. Justice Saho Ceesay however ruled that defense didn’t furnish the court with genuine reasons for the accused persons to be granted bail.
The court asked the defense to write formally for bail application.
The case was adjourned to Tuesday 11th February, 2020 for hearing on the bail application.
