Twenty-five Gambians are scheduled to be deported to the Gambia today, July 26, 2023, from München Airport, according to migration activist Yahya Sonko.
“25 Gambians nationals are currently at München Airport waiting for the departure of the chartered deportation flight. All hands and legs chained like killers or slaves. They should arrive at 3:00am Gambia time. This is what the Gambia Foreign Affairs Minister called good practice and normal deportation procedures,” Yahya wrote on his Facebook page.
The migration activist previously told Kerr Fatou that, the aim of the European Union is to deport one hundred (100) Gambians in July alone.
