“20 Gambians” deported from Germany
An airplane has landed at the Banjul International Airport on Monday evening deporting 20 Gambians from Germany.
The media was denied entrance at the airport.
However, the journalists have confirmed the arrivals though there were disputes over the number.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that the number of people deported were 20.
This is the second batch of Gambians deported from Germany in 2019. The first one numbering 15 came in January.
Despite the tension being generated by the deportation, Gambia Government remain muted over the issue.
